SAMS Odisha Helpline Number, Email and Grievance

The official SAMS Odisha helpline numbers, the other verified contacts students need during admission season, and a simple guide to which office handles which problem. We list only contacts found on official pages.

Checked against official sources: 16 October 2026 · Independent guide

Stuck with an OTP that will not arrive, a CAF you cannot submit, or a merit list you do not understand? The SAMS helpline number is the first official place to ask. The official SAMS home page lists 155335 and the toll-free number 1800-345-6770.

sams-odisha.net is an independent guide, not a government office, and we cannot fix accounts or change selections. Please never share your CAF number, roll number, password, OTP or any personal details with this site. Contact the offices below directly. Every number and email on this page comes from an official page, with its source listed at the end.

The +2 FAQ names the Sanjog Helpline and its hours but, on the page we read, does not print a separate number for it. We did not find a general SAMS email address on any official page, so we do not list one. If you see a "SAMS email" or "SAMS WhatsApp number" on a random website, confirm it on the official portal before using it.

Board and council contacts for result problems

SAMS handles admissions, but marks and certificates come from the boards. If your problem is a wrong mark, a missing marksheet or a certificate, contact the board, not SAMS.

Stay safe. SAMS applications are made only on the official portal, by you. No agent can buy you a seat or change your marks. Never share your login, password or OTP, and ignore result links sent on WhatsApp that ask for payment. This site never asks for any of these.

How to call the helpline and get a useful answer

  1. Write down your question in one or two lines before you call, for example "OTP not received while registering for +3".
  2. Keep your screen ready. Note the exact error message or take a screenshot for your own reference.
  3. Call 155335 or 1800-345-6770, the numbers listed on the official SAMS home page. If the +2 Sanjog Helpline is your route, call between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm on a government working day.
  4. Share only what is needed to identify your application. Never say your password or OTP aloud. A genuine helpline does not need them.
  5. Note the date, time and advice given. This helps if you need to follow up with your college.
  6. Check the official portal again after the fix, because status updates there are what count.

Grievances and when to escalate

We did not find a dedicated SAMS grievance form or grievance email on the official pages we could read. So the practical route is:

  • Start with the SAMS helpline and keep a note of each call.
  • For a college-level issue (refusal to admit, fee dispute at reporting), speak to the principal or admission cell and keep written proof.
  • For marks and certificates, use the board's own process. CHSE runs re-checking through SBI Collect, and its CHSE Portal (chse.odisha.gov.in) lists services such as marksheet verification and migration certificates.
  • For anything that looks like fraud, stop contact and report it to the police.

If a formal grievance channel appears on the official portal in a later cycle, follow that instead.

Stay safe: helpline scams

  • Fraudsters sometimes pose as "SAMS helpline" staff. A real helpline will not call you to ask for your OTP, password, Aadhaar or bank details. Never share them.
  • Search results and social media can show fake numbers. Use only numbers printed on the official portal or board website.
  • The official +2 FAQ says selection status is sent by SMS, email and WhatsApp, and there is no postal letter. No one can "release" your seat for a fee.
  • Fill your CAF yourself and pay only the official fee shown on the portal, if any.

Frequently asked questions

What is the SAMS Odisha helpline number?

The official SAMS home page lists two numbers: 155335 and the toll-free number 1800-345-6770. Use them for login, OTP, CAF and payment problems. Never share your password or OTP on the call, because a genuine helpline does not need them to guide you.

Is there a SAMS Odisha toll-free number?

Yes. The official SAMS home page lists 1800-345-6770 as the toll-free number, along with 155335. Toll-free numbers normally cost nothing to call, but check with your mobile operator if unsure. Use only numbers shown on samsodisha.gov.in, not numbers from random websites or messages.

What are the SAMS helpline timings?

The official +2 FAQ says the Sanjog Helpline works from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm on government working days. We did not find separate published hours for 155335 or 1800-345-6770, so try during working hours and avoid peak merit list days if you can.

Does SAMS Odisha have an official email?

We did not find a general SAMS email address on any official page we checked. For Diploma admission, the DTE&T draft information brochure for 2026-27 gives ccrdiploma2024@gmail.com. For other courses, use the helpline numbers or the contact shown on the course portal.

Who should I contact for a wrong mark in my +2 result?

Marks are the board's responsibility, not SAMS. For +2, contact your Higher Secondary School and CHSE Odisha (phone 0674-2301098). CHSE runs a re-checking and re-addition process each year with a fee per paper. For Class 10, contact BSE Odisha at 0671-2415460.

Can sams-odisha.net solve my SAMS problem?

No. We are an independent guide and cannot access SAMS accounts, change selections or contact colleges for you. Never share your CAF number, roll number, password or OTP with this site. Call the official SAMS helpline 155335 or 1800-345-6770, or speak to your college.
