SCTEVT Odisha Result 2026: Diploma and ITI Semester Results

Use only these addresses from our fact sheet:

• sctevt.odisha.gov.in: the current official site, with the notice board where result notices are posted.
• sctevtexams.in: the SCTE&VT exams login portal. Our researchers could see only its login page.
• sctevtodisha.nic.in: the older address. It could not be opened by our researchers, so start from the newer site.

On 20 February 2026 the council issued a notice about a "new Portal for Examination Management of SCTE&VT, Odisha". Login steps and menu names may have changed because of this, so follow the latest notice and your institute's instructions.

SCTE&VT result notices in 2026

Going by the 2026 notices, diploma exams are held in a Winter session and a Summer session, and the Summer 2026 session was described as the even semester. Here is what the official notice board showed:

The notices do not explain the short form "BP". It is commonly read as back paper; confirm with your institute which list applies to you.

Summer 2026 (even semester) results are commonly listed online as released around 12 June 2026, with login by registration number, date of birth and captcha. This was not confirmed by an official notice in our fact sheet, so confirm on the official portal or with your institute.

How to check your SCTE&VT diploma result

1. Open sctevt.odisha.gov.in and go to the notice board.
2. Look for the result notice for your session (Winter or Summer) and semester. Read it fully, as it usually tells you where and how results are shown.
3. If the notice points to the exams portal, open sctevtexams.in and log in with the details asked for. Your institute can tell you which login details to use.
4. Check your name, registration details, subjects and marks.
5. Save a PDF or screenshot and keep it with your semester records.

If the screen looks different or the result is not shown, do not use an unknown website. Ask your polytechnic's exam cell, which receives SCTE&VT instructions directly. Results are free; nobody should charge you to see them.

Photocopy, re-evaluation and back papers

After the Winter 2025 results, SCTE&VT issued photocopy and re-evaluation notices on 25 and 26 February 2026, and the re-evaluation result came on 15 April 2026. This shows the usual order: result, then a short window for photocopy or re-evaluation, then a re-evaluation result.

• Read each notice for the window, fee and process. Our fact sheet does not list the fee, so we do not give one.
• Apply only through the method the notice describes, usually through your institute.
• If you did not clear a paper, ask your institute when you can reappear, and check the exam programme notice for that session.

What about ITI results?

Many students search for "SCTEVT ITI result". Our researchers found no ITI result notice on the SCTE&VT notice board. A notice dated 23 March 2026 concerns the All India Trade Test 2026 for CTS (ITI) courses through SIDH, which is a national (NCVT) process.

So for ITI trade test results, ask your ITI how and where results are published for your course. Do not assume SCTE&VT publishes them. For ITI admission through SAMS, see our SAMS ITI admission guide.

• ITI pass-outs: the draft 2026-27 DTE&T brochure says students with a 2-year ITI can apply for Diploma lateral entry to the 3rd semester. See our Diploma admission guide.
• Diploma pass-outs: SAMS lists Post Diploma courses such as Post Diploma in Industrial Safety and Post Diploma in Iron and Steel Manufacturing and Plant Management. Careers360 also reported that a diploma after Class 10 is accepted for +3 admission. Check the SAMS +3 guide and confirm eligibility on the official portal.
